Fees and Insurance
Kindly Note – Your insurance will be billed for initial and follow-up appointments, unless you are out-of-network or self-pay. All other services will be billed to you directly. If Tree of Life is out-of-network for you, the full fee will be due on the day of service. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. If you are self-pay, you will be charged the full fee schedule on the day of service.
We cannot offer crisis intervention services for folks at risk for harming themselves or others. In case of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
